We now have over 28 years of business behind us and we feel that the single most important thing we have done over these years was to put the financial security of our clients first. Travel in New Zealand and Australia is an unregulated industry and we have chosen to self-regulate our business by going the extra mile to be a recognised financially TAANZ bonded and licensed tour operator. What this means at the base level, is that your payments are held in a bonded account for your tour, to be utilised only for your tour…we cannot use your funds for operational purposes, marketing, or use your funds to pay for other groups expenses.
