If you’re looking for a dessert that’ll steal the show and have everyone asking for seconds, this Much Moore Ice Cream and Penotti Australia Brownie Trifle is it! 🍓🍫

Here's the recipe!

Ingredients:
Much Moore Wonder's Wildberry Ambrosia
Uno Penotti Hazelnut Spread
Brownie bites (we used Original Foods Baking Co. Bite Me Brownie)
Frozen berries
Strawberries (sliced)
Custard
Castor sugar
Icing sugar (optional for garnish)
Flake (optional for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the Raspberry Sauce: Combine frozen berries and caster sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts, stirring between each, until the berries soften and release their juices. Let cool.

Assemble the Trifle:
In a trifle dish, layer all the ingredients. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Top with fresh strawberries, crumbled Flake, and a dusting of icing sugar.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the trifle for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavours to meld. Serve chilled.

Save this recipe and get ready for endless compliments—this dessert is a guaranteed hit!

Alfaz is our Engineering Manager, the mastermind behind keeping our machinery at the Much Moore factory running at top notch. He ensures that all our equipment is in the best condition.
