One of our favourite parts about our tours, is all the incredible people we meet along the way. There is nothing we love more than connecting with you, hearing your stories, and bringing people from all walks of life together.

Here is a look back at our previous East Cape Caper tours where we spent 6-days travelling around the East Cape, visiting gems from Whakatane to Waihau Bay and Hicks Bay. Our next East Cape Caper tour is coming up in November and we can't wait to tour this beautiful region again with our travellers. If you'd like to join us, check out the itinerary on the link below.

Southern Odyssey & Stewart Island - 7 day tour

Kaka on your balcony, fresh seafood at the South Sea Hotel, golden sand beaches and friendly locals are just a few of many reasons to fly over to Stewart Island! The Catlins coast is similar – untouched, raw beauty and a real sense of discovery.

Throw in some Scottish Heritage in Dunedin with visits to Olveston House and Larnach Castle and visit the only mainland albatross colony in the world. It's no wonder this is one of our most popular tours!

Everything is included - all meals, activities, entrance fees, accommodation and the knowledge and experience of our expert Kiwi Guide. Flights from Auckland included but ask us about joining from other regions. With just 18 travellers on board, it's like travelling with a bunch of friends.

Back Country Tracks: Rakaia to Kaikoura Coast - 7 day small group South Island tour

Read what some of our travellers thought of their Back Country Tracks tour experience:

"This tour allowed us to see places and meet people whom we would otherwise never get the chance to meet. Wonderful hospitality, felt like visiting family everyone was so welcoming. We saw amazing countryside and learnt about a variety of farming." Deneice P, April 2024.

"An amazing 7 days of mainly back country roads and upland South Island with visits to unique high country runs and places you would not normally visit. Meeting and listening to the stories and challenges of these back country families gave a new perspective to Kiwi life. Very comfortable accommodation, restaurant quality meals and a small, friendly group of fellow travellers expertly guided and driven by our experienced Moa Trek leader, Ali Frew; a five star performance all round!" - Ken S, Nov 2023.

"Excellent tour, with excellent meals and accommodation and very interesting. Also it was lovely to meet our delightful hosts who all went to a great deal of trouble to feed and look after us. Absolutely spiffing!" Hilary R, March 2024.

"The gardens were picturesque, the lunches, morning and afternoon teas amazing. I especially liked watching the dogs round up the sheep and the woolshed visits, and being close up to those amazing merinos. The high country was spectacular. The whole trip was very interesting and informative. A very different experience to city living. Way off the beaten track, a great insight into the people and life of back country of Canterbury." Maryann F, March 2024.
