Longevity is a buzz word these days! What if we trained for our old age, like we were serious athletes. Research shows that we need 150-300 minutes/week of a bit more challenging exercise. ✨ 2-3 cardio sessions/week✨ A couple of strength training sessions/week✨A couple of balance, agility and flexibility sessions/week. And then the magic happens when you train them all together 🪄That’s why I love the fusion of sculpt and barre classes - that dynamic full body effect is just bliss 🤩
