From our experiences in the dance fitness industry, we have met many talented people who have not had an opportunity to grow and reach their potential. It's an affordable, flexible, and genuine space for all of us to come together, have fun fun and the music will make you move.

Just a friendly update that we will be on for tomorrow nights class down at the Tamaki College Rec for 5:30pm start ✌🏽

Again apologies for last weeks class not going ahead due to Tamaki's Sport's Dinner, however it was only one night and we can sweat it out tomorrow night!

I've had a request as per my post last week so hope youre ready to kick to the sky for "Am I Ready" 🕺🏼💃🏾
