What a way to wind down our journey — literally!

We started the day with a ride along the thrilling Collada de Toses, then cruised through forested valleys and open fields before arriving in the charming village of Besalú.

Today was all about the road less travelled as we explored small back roads. Along the way we stopped to admire the beautiful Catalan village of Beget.

Evening swim, cold beer, and a wander across the iconic bridge? Yes please.

Today we rode into something truly special.

Our route took us through the spectacular Cirque du Navacelles — an incredible limestone canyon carved by the River Vis — before arriving in the peaceful village of Assignan.

Tonight’s stay? A boutique wine resort surrounded by vineyards. Yes please. 🍷🌿

Another day, another jaw-dropping landscape!

We weaved through the lush Cevennes this morning, exploring more of the amazing Gorge du Tarn, then made our way to the dramatic Gorges de l'Ardèche — all white cliffs, wild river bends, and prehistoric caves.

We ended the day in beautiful Uzès, with its skyline full of medieval towers. Topped off with a well deserved beer in the square before dinner.

We rode deep into the Grand Causses and Cevennes National Parks, following the Tarn River valley. Sweeping bends and empty roads.

No riding today — just time to dive into the history and atmosphere of Carcassonne. 🏰

We explored La Cité, the incredible medieval citadel with its towers and ramparts, then wandered cobblestone alleys before sampling the local cassoulet.

Three countries, one ride. 🇪🇸🇫🇷🇦🇩

We crossed from Spain into France via the hidden mountain kingdom of Andorra. After a little retail therapy in Andorra our ride continued winding through epic Cathar country — all storybook villages, rugged peaks and ancient castles clinging to cliffs.

We’ve landed in Carcassonne tonight, a walled medieval city that looks straight out of a fantasy film. Our hotel tonight is perfectly situated just a short walk outside the walls. Très excellent! 👌
