**Changes to Air New Zealand options for short-haul flights**
Air New Zealand has advised that from 11 June 2024, seat+bag will no longer be offered on their short-haul network. The refreshed Seats to Suit network will now include seat, theworks works flexi, premium economy, premium flexi, business premier™ and business flexi fares.

On a seat only fare, customers will receive a complimentary snack, as well as tea, coffee, water and juice. There will no longer be the option to purchase food onboard. seat only customers will receive full inflight entertainment, including movies, TV shows, games and music, plus a carry-on bag of up to 7kgs.
Customers travelling on theworks will continue to receive the same inclusions currently on offer.

There are now more flexible options across all cabins. For more information about these options talk to your Fortis Travel consultant next time you are booking 😊

"Steve and the team at Fortis have been excellent to deal with. They got my flights sorted quickly and smoothly and sent over all details without me having to ask for it.

Our connecting flight was rescheduled for a few hours later, and Steve emailed me before our first flight to ask if we needed anything, but luckily it was all sorted at the airport (I didn't check my email before we left). In any case the proactiveness was very impressive.

For me, having a travel agent who's onto it and knows what they are talking about is very valuable, and Fortis definitely delivered on that. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience.

Would highly recommend Fortis!

Kirstin started in the travel industry 26 years ago after spending a year in Japan. She worked for an inbound tour operator and then went into outbound wholesale. After then moving into corporate travel, she found her place in the world.
