ified photographer with over 10 years experience in the free-lance photography world and shot his first wedding solo in 2006. He loves building connections with clients so that they feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera. Adam is the main shooter for WonderFerris. Kirsten Ferris is a qualified primary school teacher who specialises in photographing children. You won't currently see Kirsten behind the camera during shoots as she is currently dealing with health problems. She currently does all the behind the scenes work from editing through to answering emails.

What a busy week it has been! All draft galleries have been delivered 🥰💛 We won’t be getting to any final edits until Tuesday - we’re enjoying family time for the rest of the long weekend 😍

For those that are new here…

We actually run 3 different IG pages and websites for our Wonderferris business. I know, why would we do that to ourselves?!

But we split it between weddings, families and commercial as we know our audiences can be really diverse and have different needs and interests but…

Every now and then they cross over and it is the best feeling! Getting to journey with clients in all different facets of life is a real privilege. In this case we got to be there for the newborn session and then later, for the big day 💍🥰

Our girls are back to kindy next week so we’re ready for more studio sessions 😍

This year, our main two days will be Tuesday & Thursday’s and we have the option of white (see photos) or either the tan or black backdrop.

Our second year hosting Christmas studio minis at our home in Kumeu and it was just SO GOOD! And so nice not having to worry about the weather 🤣

Isn’t this the most lush spot?

We were super stoked when Kirsten & her gorgeous fam said they wanted to venture to this meadow spot. It’s the most beautiful clearing with big beautiful trees!

We’re all about mini sessions here of course but full sessions give so much more room for the organic moments to unfold, warming the kids up and having a little photo adventure!

Loved our newborn session at home for sweet little Barnaby. It’s the greatest joy getting to journey with clients through their life milestones!

We first met Kelly & Alan back in 2018 when Adam photographed their wedding, then when they became parents back in 2021, a few minis in between and now the moment they became a family of 4 🥰
