We are Adam & Kirsty, a married freelance photography couple based in West Auckland, NZ. We love to give anything creative ago and working together to achieve whatever creative project the world throws at us. ified photographer with over 10 years experience in the free-lance photography world and shot his first wedding solo in 2006. He loves building connections with clients so that they feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera. Adam is the main shooter for WonderFerris. Kirsten Ferris is a qualified primary school teacher who specialises in photographing children. You won't currently see Kirsten behind the camera during shoots as she is currently dealing with health problems. She currently does all the behind the scenes work from editing through to answering emails.

I know everyone likes to book in golden hour sessions at their weddings for that beautiful sunset light but honestly… I think it’s just the best excuse for some quality time together on the day, soaking up those freshly married feels without anyone around 💕

Meet the team 👋🏻

Adam is out behind the camera guy, ready to be your bestie on your big day! If anything goes wrong or runs behind, he’ll be the calming energy you need to ride through and make the best of everything! He’s down to earth, super chill and loves capturing connection.

Kirsty (me!) is the one that takes charge of the emails, business sides of things and social media. She’s the one that keeps the ship moving and the business hustling while being mum to our two girls.

Married for 7.5 years, in business for almost a decade and together for 11 years in June!

Lucy & Malcom’s wedding last weekend was nothing less than incredibly delightful! These two are just the sweetest pair and Adam had the best day exploring this beautiful West Auckland wedding venue with them 🥰🥹

It’s not something we often include as it’s a lot more time consuming so goes above the standard edit but wanted to some AI editing out on this shot since it was a busy beach!
