Please provide an accurate head circumference measurement when ordering to ensure a perfect fit and make sure you ask any questions about customisation before you make your payment. I will email you a photo of your item before it ships to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you wish to request a refund then you must contact me within 2 days of your item being delivered. All of my items are made in a smoke free and pet free environment. If you need to wash your Nico's Knots Item(s) please gently hand wash and dry flat in the shade. Nico's Knots items may contain small parts or long tails. Please supervise children at all times during use.
