The family friends being away from their home country tried out many restaurants, however they all had a common interest and that was Egg delicacies that are available on ro

ad side stall back in India which was no were offered in Auckland. They missed the egg delicacies so much that they decided to open their own restaurant. The friends tapped on to the knowledge each one of them had. One had a passion for cooking egg dishes and immense knowledge of cooking various new varieties made from egg, that they all used to relish. The idea of their own restaurant started, as most do, a half serious joke between friends, "Hey, you know what we should do…. open a restaurant!" so we can enjoy great food everyday and serve our community with the food that is missed being away from home. But, the conversations continued – everything would have to be just right, it would have to be on their terms. Those terms were simple: great quality and tasty food. With great enthusiasm the search for a location started. Sandringham area was decided to cater to diverse community and egg lovers. The decision was made for the location of restaurant. The team brainstormed to decide the name to include egg lovers and non-egg eaters. To keep it simple “Eggs n more” was the name selected out of all the ideas. Come in today and experience the food in a friendly atmosphere. If you want to relax, you can dine at the backyard of the restaurant. The families where some people eat eggs and some don’t we have option to accommodate this need. You can buy food from Saatwik restaurant just beside Eggs n more , sit in our backyard and enjoy. These days we have observed that people are taking keen interest in nutrition and health than ever before. Good news however, there are lot of misconceptions about eating eggs regularly. There are several studies indicating all the health benefits of consuming eggs and its linkages to cholesterol levels.Eggs - once thought to be a harmful cholesterol-raising food have now been found to have no effect on most of the general public when eaten as part of a healthy balanced diet. Why are eggs a good food? Eggs are naturally high in Protein

A large egg has less than five grams of fat and is not high in kilojoules

Eggs have less than 2 grams saturated fat
Eggs are a source of 11 vitamins and minerals. They are a good source of vitamin B12 which may be lacking in vegetarian diets
Eggs are a source of Iron. Iron is best absorbed from food when Vitamin C is also present so combine your eggs with a glass of orange juice for even better nutrition. Also, most of the dishes prepared at Eggs n more has a combination of foods which adds vitamin C if you do not want to spend extra dollars. Eating 2 eggs per day will not increase LDL (bad) blood cholesterol for people with a normal blood cholesterol level
