**Important Update Regarding Recent Allegations**
We are aware of a recent post circulating on Facebook involving claims against Roy Willis Jr. The allegations suggest that some employees were living in unsanitary conditions and were not paid their final wages. We would like to clarify the situation.
Last year, we responded to employees requests for help as they were struggling to make ends meet with high rental payments and we subsequently purchased and renovated a nearby property where we allowed these employees to live, rent-free with all their utilities and internet included. This was done with the agreement that they would help maintain the property in return for not having to pay rent. Unfortunately, some employees who recently left expected additional payment for the work they had agreed to do as part of their accommodations.
These employees also requested to leave on short notice, despite their contracts requiring an 8-month commitment. We offered to resolve their concerns, but they chose to leave before this was able to be finalized.
We are committed to maintaining transparency and trust with our community and value the hard work of our dedicated employees. Thank you for your continued support.
