Hello to all our wonderful clients.

Just a reminder that our office opening hours are:

Monday to Friday
6:am through to 6:pm

Weekends and Public holiday hours are:
9:am until 12:pm
Office closes from 12 until 4.
Re open 4:pm until 6:pm

We appreciate that some times you are running late and we do try to accommodate everyone, however prior to and after the office closes there is still a lot of work to do for my busy hard working team.
There are meals to be organized, medications to give and a whole lot of more cleaning and getting things ready for the next shift.
Also they have to fit in a well earned break and cuppa.

Please we ask that you respect our office hours.
Some clients already have arrangements for out of hours drop off and collections, we will still honor those and will not be affected.

If you are in need of an urgent drop off or collection of your much loved Pet, please be advised that this may incur an extra charge , if out side of opening hours.
