On 6 December, I will be giving a small speech to the Hawke’s Bay regional Transport committee about the Transport act. Need for a better road safe regulations between drivers and horses. I will be sharing a story that illustrates why the transport act and the road code need more specific language so road - sharing problems can be handled by the authorities.
