A reminder that everyone travelling into New Zealand needs to complete a New Zealand Traveller Declaration (NZTD).

It’s free and available in multiple languages when completing a declaration on the NZTD website ( www.travellerdeclaration.govt.nz) including English, te reo Māori, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional scripts), Hindi, Samoan, Fijian, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Tamil, Tongan, and Portuguese. These languages will also be added to the NZTD App over the next few months.

If you are a frequent flyer, you can now set up a personal profile using the NZTD App which means your personal information is pre-populated into each new declaration!

Venice now has a new tourist fee in place at certain times of the year. The fee is €5 and will only apply to visitors who travel for the day to the ‘old city’.

It's a small contribution towards preserving the city's beautiful charm and heritage, and a great reminder to do what we can to support the sustainability of one of the world's most beloved destinations!

Thank you to those who came along last night to make the event a success and to the lovely messages I received from those that couldn't.

Huge THANK YOU to Frank and Mark for coming to Dunedin to be our wonderful speakers for the evening - two of the best Travel Reps we have in NZ and genuinely nice guys.

Thank you to Alto Cafe (my second home) for hosting us, being so accommodating and for the delicious food. If you need a space for a private event, catering or just a new local Cafe - I highly reccomend.

Lastly thank you for all the support from friends, family and clients over the 10 years - your constant referrals and repeat business has allowed my business to continually grow and I am forever grateful. 🙏🥳🥂

Always a pleasure taking clients onboard a cruise ship. Todays visit was on Silver Muse, a luxury cruise ship with Silverseas - all inclusive cruising with less than 600 passengers and over 400 crew! 🚢 .

Not alot of photos today as there were still quite a few passengers on board. But it was a beautiful ship, delicious food & wine and crew were amazing 🥂.

Whether you want to follow the trends or buck them, it is always handy to know what's popular before you jet off to your next destination. 😎

There is a lot of interesting research coming out at the moment, one big shift is that travellers now say TV shows influence their travel decisions more than Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts. Travellers also seem to be straying away from some of the classic destinations, to alternatives that can provide a comparable atmosphere, attractions, or activities while being more budget-friendly and less overrun by tourists.

What a fabulous experience exploring our own backyard thanks to Clearwater Wildlife Tours!! Fur seals, sea lions, YELLOW EYED PENGUINS (the rarest penguins in the world!) and more!!
🐧 🦭 Fur seal pups and the yellow eyed penguins climbing the cliff-face and feeding chicks were definate highlights 😍.

Everything was wonderful (though the weather could of been a little better) - the transport, complimentary binoculars, our friendly and knowledgeable guide and of course the amazing scenery and wildlife!

Highly reccomend this tour!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
