Haurata’s friends from Wellington along with their dog Lucky are our favourite guests. This is their 4 th visit l think and we just love seeing them and catching up every year. 😍❤️

Haurata was to host Ash to do a Sound healing , instead we drove to Ash and Annabelle place up the Kanakanaia road to their lovely property to their lotus tent for a cacao ceremony and a sound healing. What felt like 1/2 hr but was an hour of meditation with this beautiful music was amazing. Truly feel like a new person after this experience. Well worth our while.

Haurata walks and accommodation is relatively unscathed by cyclone Gabriel. A few slips on the farm tracks but the access road in has been opened but is 4 wheel drive if wet. A digger is working to fix that.
