🎢 Fun in Anaheim
Their time in Anaheim was a contrast of colours, focusing on more family-oriented activities. “The kids enjoyed the excitement of Disneyland,” exploring theme parks, rides, and indulging in the rich array of dining and shopping options.

🏖️ Relaxation in Hawaii
The trip extended to Hawaii, and Paula and her family enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation on the iconic beaches of Waikiki. A perfect balance of relaxation and fun.

“Our 6-year-old loved Kidzania, where kids try grown-up jobs.” It’s a must for families with kids aged 5-10. They can be firefighters, doctors, chefs, pilots, and more. It's a great way to learn and have fun at the same time. Tip: Make sure you book a Wednesday if you want some activities in English, and arrive early to avoid the crowds.

🌅 Day trip to Odaiba
Escaping Tokyo’s hustle for a day in Odaiba is a surreal experience. Ehukai Beach Bar, Legoland, the giant Gundam robot, and SEGA Joypolis are MUST-SEE attractions. It’s the perfect day trip for any family!

Shelley from House of Travel Mount Maunganui, Papamoa & Tauranga Crossing went on an unforgettable Active Discovery trip from Basel to Amsterdam on the Rhine River. Anna from House of Travel Ferrymead spent 2 weeks travelling around Italy and shares her memories from her time on the Amalfi Coast. “The food and wine in Italy are out of this world and I can't wait to go back! One of my favourites was Rada Restaurant in Positano and you must try the local wines!” says Anna 🍝 🍷

Anna loved the stunning coastline of the Amalfi Coast with its dramatic cliffs, fishing villages and breathtaking views of the sparkling Mediterranean. But it was her stay in the iconic town of Positano that truly stole Anna's heart with its pastel-coloured buildings and unique Italian charm.

Anna recommends, “The beaches are amazing, for a quieter escape head to Fornillo Beach, just a 10-minute walk from the more crowded Spiaggia Grande.” And “Take a boat to the stunning island of Capri, explore its winding streets and the blue grotto – its simply incredible!” 🏖️

🍋 Her top tip - You must try the limoncello - it’s great with dessert! Can highly recommend the panna cotta at Chez Black.
