Equipped with a modern rimu kitchen with all your requirements. The very efficient log burner makes the whole house very cosy in winter along with under tile heating. There are three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite with a sky-light over the shower so you can wash in starlight or sunlight. Sky channels include Sky Sports. A DVD player and stereo is available. For convenience an ADSL Broadband line is available for those who need to stay connected - just bring your laptop and plug in. Spoil yourself in this luxurious home. PLEASE NOTE: This home is not suitable for small children as there are stairs and no fireguard. Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00

11 Oregon Heights Hanmer Springs is a great place to relax. Its location part way up Conical Hill allows easy access to this incredible walk. The views from the house and the top of Conical Hill are spectacular.
