The process encompasses analysis of client requirements, site selection and procurement, the preparation of concept plans and design specifications followed by project management of the development from construction to handover. Our specialised leasing team excels in matching business premises and clients. For new commercial property developments, we can procure purchasers or lessees for the premises and manage the leases on an ongoing basis. We are skilled in the resolution of pre-existing leasing or ownership commitments and should a client have specific leasing requirements we can, with a tenancy agreement in place, either develop new premises for them from scratch or purchase and then upgrade, renovate, expand or adapt existing buildings to meet their needs.
