Remember: The Adventure Activities Amendment Regulations 2023 come into effect on 1 April. Regardless of when your next audit activity is scheduled, you must make sure that you are adhering to the new Regulations and the Safety management system requirements for Adventure Activity Operators 2023 from 1 April.
