Passengers Travelling to UK from the 8th January 2025 will need to apply for a UK ETA visa.

The ETA will be linked to your passport and will last for two years or until the your passport expires – whichever comes first.

An ETA costs £10 and permits multiple journeys to the UK for stays of up to six months at a time over two years or until the holder’s passport expires.

Dianne is away from today on a Famil to the USA.. so we are very excited for her to be able to have this experience once again!

In her absence, we will be short staffed, so please be patient with us during this time, as quotes may take longer to get out.

Jetstar NZ has this morning announced plans to launch three new Tasman routes from June—Hamilton-Gold Coast and Hamilton-Sydney and Dunedin -Gold Coast.

It will be the first time JQ has operated to/from Hamilton and JQ’s first international flights to/from Dunedin. The services will be operated by its A320 aircraft.

“We’re in a period of unparalleled growth for Jetstar in New Zealand, launching five new routes in the past three months and providing greater low-fares connections to key regions across the country,” says JQ group ceo Stephanie Tully.

To our valued customers.. these road closures are something to take into consideration when flying out from New Plymouth.

Be prepared.....you may need to take the alternative routes listed!

SH3 BURGESS PARK, TARANAKI – REBUILD

Plan ahead for up to eight weeks of CLOSURES between Mangorei Rd and Kent Rd from Monday 16 September for resurfacing work.

The road will be under a 24/7 directional closure every day for the duration of the works:
• Midnight to midday – CLOSED to southbound traffic, open to northbound traffic
• Midday to midnight – CLOSED to northbound traffic, open to southbound traffic

Please consider using SH3A or SH45 as alternative routes.

These works are dependent on various factors and may be rescheduled, and an update will be provided in the comment section.

Our annual GTN conference was held in Sydney last weekend.
We had a busy few days, with booth sessions by many Suppliers & Airlines, updating us with NEW product, procedures, and helpful
contacts in the industry.

There was also time to explore the city - checking out the sights of the Sydney Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, and not forgetting time for a spot of shopping.
