I’m delighted to share some of my recent holiday photos with you all. My husband Bob and I have recently traveled to New York, Washington, Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. Interestingly we have had many discussions with locals and other travellers about the effects of Covid of them personally. Whilst it was difficult in the West, residents of developing countries such as Mexico, Guatemala and Belize generally had no governmental support and many had to resort to subsistence farming and trading food or services to survive. As the world is now open again, they are very thankful to have tourists back, so “seize the day”, the world is waiting for you 😊. ✈️ ✈️

My husband and I have just spent the last 3 days doing the Queen Charlotte track. We can highly recommend this. It’s available as a walk, mountain bike or kayaking combination. And you don’t need to carry your own pack! Please message me if this adventure sounds like you!

What an unexpected and difficult past two years we have had!

As you may know, I have had a break from the Travel Industry in the past year or so, in order to take up other employment opportunities.

During this time, my husband and I have also relocated to Cromwell, but we are still frequent visitors to Southland.

With the opening of the border and removal of self-isolation (at this stage just for Kiwis worldwide), it means that I am able to reinvest more time into beginning to plan travel once more!

I am still working part-time in another role, so my response time may be a bit slower than you are accustomed to, as I will also be working to get back up to speed on the many differences in this new travel world. I have a great support network to help me make sure you are back travelling when you are ready.

Finally, I just want to say, thank you for all your support and messages over the past two years. These have been really appreciated and I look forward to assisting you again in the future.

Monday 19th April is now confirmed as the opening date for the Trans Tasman Bubble! It is nice to see a step in a positive direction especially for all those with family and close friends in Australia.

1 year ago tonight at 11:59pm, we offically closed our borders to everyone except New Zealand citizens and residents.

It has been a challenging year for everyone, so we just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has continued to show us support, even if you may not have been able to travel internationally.

We can't wait to get back to creating memories for you that last a lifetime!
