Summer 2024 -

While the lupins are classed as an invasive w**d, there was a beautiful show for our visitors in November - especially on what was known locally as ‘Lupin Island’. We had guests specifically asking where the best spots were to take photographs!

Thank you to Tekapo Ski Club Inc for donating the Tekapo Ski Club Retreat as a venue for the Lake Tekapo Volunteer Fire Brigade Christmas Party. It was a wonderful evening celebrating a year of comradery and service to the community.
A reminder to all visiting the area that we are in a restricted fire season - no open fires unless you have a permit.

We would highly recommend getting on your bikes when you are visiting Lake Tekapo. I'll be honest, I (Angela) probably spent the majority of the time walking my bike downhill...but the confident bike rider would LOVE these trails!!

We are so proud of our team of superstars (aka housekeeping team) who prepare our holiday homes for the next guests. You'd be surprised at how some guests leave them!! We also want to thank our homeowners especially those who keep improving their homes. Guest satisfaction is important to us! Enjoyed a delicious treat today from .bakery 🥐✨ The matcha latte and cruffin definitely hit the spot. 💚 If you're in the area, head to Lakeside Drive and keep an eye out for the adorable pink caravan for some vegan-friendly delights! 🌱
