Since starting up in 2007 Binns Property Works Ltd has become the go-to company for Lake Tekapo property owners needing regular or one-off maintenance services for their holiday homes, residential or commercial properties. We hold property maintenance contracts for both commercial and residential properties; we carry out interior and exterior painting and we provide gardening, lawn mowing and general grounds maintenance services.

The guys at BPW love building a good deck or 3. On this property we had 3 different decks to build, 1st for the main entrance, 2nd for guest area entrance and the 3rd for the Main living area which once the doors are all open will flow from inside to outside. At BPW we take great pride in our work as it’s all about nice straight lines and keeping all those screws in line.
