Antartica is on a lot of peoples bucket list and unfortunately that's where it stays. Due to its remoteness, it is not the cheapest place to go. However, one of Michelle's clients has just ticked it off her list, having recently returned from an amazing experience cruising for 14 nights with Hurtigruten through this frozen continent, an itinerary that included the Falkland Islands. She entertained us with many stories of her fellow cruisers, penguins, ginormous icebergs which totally blew her away, plus a lot more.

Cody was invited to Wellington recently to do a ship inspection on the beautiful Majestic Princess which was docked in the harbour. It was a beautiful day and most of the passengers had disembarked to make the most of what Wellington has to offer. Luckily, they were able to gain access to a couple of cabins and have a look around, which is not always possible. Majestic Princess can cater for up to 3560 passengers and relatively new having been built in 2017 and approximately 85-80% of her cabins are balcony.

Whats is more iconic and a true symbol of India than the Taj Mahal in Agra. The Taj Mahal was commissioned by Shah Jahan in 1631, to be built in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, who died on 17 June that year, while giving birth to their 14th child, that's a lot of children.

The Taj Mahal was designated as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983.

The other two pictures are of the Jehangir Mahal Place located within the Agra Fort and was a palace for the royal wives.

Our lovely clients are off enjoying a fabulous Wendy Wu, Highlights of India tour. As reported back they are having a wonderful time, especially as the tour coincided with the Diwali Festival which saw them covered head to toe in rainbow array of colour. The hustle and bustle of porters at the train station in Khajuraho, a multitude of rickshaws, and a traditional folk dance.

Our client has travelled from Bergen to Scotland for a family event.
Edinburgh weather didn't disappoint, but to be fair it is coming into their winter.

On to Inverness, stopping at the Atholl Palace Hotel in Pitlochry. A very nice hotel by all accounts where a purchase of my favourite tipple was made. A visit to Fort George is worth the stop and the museum is outstanding. Scotland has some stunning scenery and well worth a visit, not just to the main cities.

The pool was a smash hit but I am afraid the Princesses even more so. Rafael’s absolute favourite was Belle. He would go back and back to see her. To get a few sneaky hugs in as well, we’ll need I say more. Our lovely table steward Ari took wonderful care of us and juggled looking after 2 energetic boys. The food wasn’t half bad either

Our client is continuing his south bound Norwegian coast cruise aboard a Havila ship. Having an amazing time. Apparently, his jeans are at risk of not fitting due to the fabulous food being consumed. The Northern Lights continue to provide a show each night for the enjoyment of everyone on board. Another of our clients is off travelling through Europe. On his travels was a stop to Kirkenes which he admits to being a little chilly at minus 10 degree but very beautiful with plenty of snow on the ground. A visit to the Snow Hotel was a treat but not somewhere he felt comfortable staying at, a bit cold by all accounts.

Off to join his ship for a cruise down the Norwegian coastline in the hope of viewing raw Northern Lights.

Our adventures on Disney Wonder continued every day. One little boy fell in love with Mini Mouse the instant he saw her at the welcome on board dance party. This culminated with a meet and cuddle from the lady herself. My highlight was a hug from Black Panther # blackpanther

Disney Cruise Lines and the Disney Wonder. Our home for the next 4 nights, sailing out of Auckland. Much excitement to be had with my 2 young grandsons and my daughter Moira. It was a different cruise experience, non stop, full of laughter, fun and lots of new experiences for the boys.
