A spacious, modern holiday house perfect for entertaining all year round on Spinifex Rd, Mangawhai Heads. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge flows onto a large deck featuring an outdoor BBQ and entertainment area. Ceiling fans in 4 bedrooms keep you cool during those warm summer nights and a heat pump in the lounge to keep you toasty during the winter months.
Complimentary wifi with a Bluetooth sound bar for added TV theatre sound (or for playing your own music selection).
The separate double garage has been designed with the kids in mind. It is carpeted, has 4 foam mattresses, 3 Bestway double sized airbeds, 2 sofa beds, bikes and a few boggie boards to take to the surf beach. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower perfect for use once you’ve returned from the estuary/surf beach or to wash the dog.
There’s plenty of parking, fully fenced at the back of the property to ensure the kids/dog are safely contained.
The booking is for up to 10 people but the house/garage can accommodate more if stated in the booking.
