It covers a start-up kit, which covers a bottle of milk, tea/coffee, sugar, salt n pepper, baking paper, etc. Is there a minimum booking period? Yes, we have a minimum booking of 5 nights. Are there any other charges? Yes, there is a cleaning charge of $295.00, it's a big house. This includes the disposal of rubbish, however, if there is an overflow/extensive rubbish you will be charged for the cleaner to take this rubbish to the rubbish tip. Are there any rules? Yes, this is our home, and therefore accordingly we ask you to care for it when you stay with us. We have a no party rule (over 15 people), no smoking/vaping in the house, and no naked flame on the property. All bookings must be done through Bookabach, as you will need to complete an insurance clause when you stay with us.
