A Milestone for Air Napier and Hawke's Bay! 🌍✈️

Earlier this year, Air Napier proudly received certification from New Zealand Customs and the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) enabling us to facilitate direct international arrivals and departures. Yesterday, we witnessed the power of this achievement firsthand as we welcomed Talofa Airways and their Twin Commander, arriving directly from Samoa for maintenance work right here in Napier. What a flight! Our FBO service was in full swing, ensuring seamless handling from touchdown onwards.

Maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) are critical to keeping aircraft ready for the skies, and opening these doors for our local aviation maintenance providers such as Flightcare Limited in Hawke's Bay is truly priceless. This step forward is not just about economic growth but also about showcasing to the world what we can achieve here in Napier with advanced aviation engineering work.

Since 1993, Air Napier has been an integral part of our community, and this marks the next chapter in our rich history. While we may be a regional airline, our impact is far-reaching—promoting Hawke's Bay and providing essential services regionally, nationally, and globally.
