For now here are some of the following needed when returning to New Zealand. (Subject to change)

I came back last June 7 2022.

I am traveling with Singapore Airlines, transiting in Singapore.

This is in terminal 3, NAIA

BE READY WITH THE FOLLOWING
✅ AIR TICKETS
✅PASSPORT, VISA TYPE
✅RAT OR PT-PCR TEST
✅TRAVEL DECLARATION FORM

So, what I did is maaga nalang akong pumunta ng Airport kasi mag papa RAT test pa ako.
We park straight away sa Arrival area ng Terminal 3, para pwede ko maiwan muna sa car yung mga baggage ko while taking the test. Kasi if sa departure kana deretso walang parking, drop off lang tlga tas mahirapan or mapagod ka tulak tulak bagahe mo. Sa gate 6 ako pumasok para not too far going up sa Padlab ( Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory) on level 3, you can use escalator or lift.
You'll get the result after 30mins, and I pay 600 pesos sa (RAT). PT-PCR I don't know exactly how much.
Prior to that you can register sa Google (padlab registration) para ready na pag akyat mo otherwise they will still let you do it in your smart phone, but since I said, mine doesn't go through when I press next so they do it for me sa laptop nila and its kinda faster 😁.

After getting the result, I started doing my travel declaration form sa mobile ko para maiupload yung result ko (make sure negative 😊), you can screenshot from the email or take a photo ng hard copy.

Katabi ng Padlab is Tavel tax, if you are still Philippine passport holder with a temporary resident visa you need to pay travel tax amounting 1,620 pesos, unless you are PR you are exempted.

(So far WALA yung napapabalitang bayaran sa philhealth.)

Then I went back sa car na to get the rest of my things for check in. Or you can call and ask yung mga naghahatid sayo to bring it inside kc pwede naman sila makapasok, and meet them inside nalang. They can go up with you too sa level 3 where the entrance for departure is can use the lift if madaming baggage.
I didn't check in online kasi I bought extra baggage, Kasi I can't do it online, but if you can, its better kasi medjo mura sya.

The travel declaration form it takes sometimes, so I am still doing it on my phone while queueing for check in. Finally I get the QR code, screenshot or save for the NZ immigration.

While on the plane you can fill up na your New Zealand Arrival Card, make sure to declare yung mga dala mo. May mga pasabuy sakin like mx3 and cherifer capsules, and cigarette. ( I didn't declare them kc wala naman sya prescription by the doctor at yung cigarette is more than 50 sticks need to declare but since 40 lang dala ko so no need. Pero I thick na wala akong dala for others kc hahaba pa ang explaination, sabi ko lang akin lahat ng dala ko. Yung mga tuyo, danggit, chicharon, polvoron just declared it. May banig pa nga akong dala eh 😂😂 they also checked, basta mga gawa galing sa halaman or trees.

So sa Arrival,
Ready the passport, your travel declaration QR code and Arrival card. Normally they won't check the visa kc nakikita na yata nila sa system, but some who's first timer they ask lalo na if hindi naka stamped sa passport.

Before exiting they will give you a test kit to test yourself and upload the record sa link na email nila sayo, so make sure to check your email po.
