To all my valued customers,
As we are all going through a very trying time worldwide, I would like to thank each and every one of you that has made my life and business dreams possible here in beautiful Taranaki.
After being so involved in the process of beautifying and updating as many pools as I can at the same time as growing Sublime Pools for a constant 4 years without a holiday, I had to look at the lockdown as an enforced holiday courtesy of complete lockdown.
Due to these circumstances some calls may have been missed. Contact will be reestablished with these people this week.
As we have been lifted from level 4 to level 3, I am endeavoring to return to a standard winter service this week starting Thursday. This will be completely contactless with sterilization carried out on any surfaces contacted by our servicing.
All invoicing will be online as normal.
Please understand a complete breakdown and renovation service will be restored over the following weeks as my suppliers strive to return to normality as well.

Sublime Pools would like to apologise to all its valued customers once again. It's painful for me to have 3 posts on my business page begging forgiveness for lack of service, but unfortunately we have had to begin legal proceedings to recover $15,000.00 unpaid to us by a client that had us engaged as pool experts. Stupidity knows no bounds so unfortunately in this case the expert was informed on how to build a pool.
Great learning curve for everyone and my advice to people that wish to withold funds for work already completed, dont get caught blatantly falsifying information to an allegedly independent assessor on video, as this sort of renders any further testimony from you as moot.
Thank you to everyone for their patience, understanding and support.
Sublime Pools and Maintenance Ltd will be back at full strength next week.
