Hi everyone..well it's been one heck of a ride so far. Apologies in advance for any errors, we are still very much on a 'learning curve'. But we love what we do and are learning fast!! The kids are great and TJ (Driver, Bus 1) is enjoying meeting and chatting to them all. As he gets used to the route and who gets on/off it will be alot smoother. We are working on billing and sorry for the delay. If you have not sent us your email can you please send to [email protected].
With many kids finishing for the year with exams about to start it is time for you to re- book for Term 1, 2022. To get priority please book by 31 December 2021. New bookings are also welcome.
We look forward to continuing this service for you and your fabulous kids.!

Hello.. long time no see. A few points to make so bear with me ….
1- As you all know our trucks are essential services ( think no truck no food for those hungry teenagers!) and as soon as the Alert levels went up so did our workload.. so a massive thank you to you all for patience and kindness especially today as I tried to get a couple of hours of sleep. Y’all are amazing. ❤️
2 yes we will run tomorrow BUT there’s changes..
3 No new kids at this time.. only the children who are our regular users and we have their details!
4 If your children have phones and the Covid app please scan the QR code’s that are around the busses with Bluetooth turned on!
5 All the drivers will be taking a photograph of the passengers once everyone is on board ( this is so we can sort out who was sitting close to whom should we ever need to) of you do not wish/consent to this please flick us a txt.
6 Whilst face coverings are not mandatory on exclusive school busses( during any level above 1 we turn down any work that requires us to us the busses for non school children so we can all keep your children safe) I strongly recommend it. Think of it as good practise for our new normal!
7 no booking no ride.. our drivers have all been instructed to refuse non booked travel.. ( it’s just a simple txt to get a booking so no big deal for all you uber organised peeps out there)
8 we will continue with our weekly reporting to your schools with whom travelled on which bus to which school)
9 there’s only a couple weeks till the end of term so let’s all make em great ones. Be kind be covered and have clean digits..

WAIMAKARIRI BRIDGE - OPEN - 1:10 PM MON, 31 MAY
We would like to advise road users that the Waimakriri Bridge (SH1) & the Old Waimakariri Bridge are currently OPEN. River levels are being actively monitored at both sites and both bridges remain safe to cross. ^SM

SH1 NORTHERN MOTORWAY - CRASH - ROAD CLOSED - UPDATE: 4:25 PM

SH1 has now REOPENED after the earlier crash. Motorists are advised to expect some delays as queued traffic clears, and are joined by the afternoon peak traffic. ^JP

UPDATE: 2:45 PM

SH1 remains CLOSED at this time. The Main North Rd on and off-ramps are also CLOSED. Motorists should consider using SH74 Christchurch Northern Corridor as an alternative route and avoid Main North Rd. ^JP

The road will likely remain closed for much of the afternoon. Please use the CNC for all travel north of Christchurch in the meantime. ^SM

The WBB is closed from the Groynes. Please use Johns Rd onto Main North Rd & back to SH74 QEII Dr to the CNC for northbound travel from SH1. ^SM

SH1 NORTHERN MOTORWAY - CRASH - ROAD CLOSED - 12:40 PM TUES, 11 MAY
A serious crash has closed SH1 at the end of the Western Belfast Bypass northbound at the merge point with the Northern Motorway. Road users are being diverted by emergency services. Delays should be expected north of Christchurch until this has been resolved. ^SM

As we move into alert level 2 here’s a few reminders.
**We are not a public bus so masks are not compulsory ( although recommended)
** All those “pesky txts and pain in the a2$3 bookings mean we have privileges offered only to dedicated school bus runs so no physical distancing required!
** let’s practice good hand hygiene
** use the Covid tracer app and turn on Bluetooth
** if you are even REMOTELY grotty stay home.

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we navigate this and all the newbies, all in all,week 2 went relatively smoothly!

We have had to make a few changes due to the sheer number of children needing our service. if you are an existing customer that informed us you were changing schools, coming back or are new and have an assurance from us then you have a seat.
Some of the other/new ones have had it explained that we will do our very best but no promises.
Remember bookings open after 6pm Sundays, Via txt only and you will need a reply txt to confirm.
