NEW FARES
From 1st July, the fare structure reverts back to the single fare structure that was in place prior to the half price and age-based concession support that the Government provided.

-There will be one standard Bee Card fare and one cash fare regardless of passenger age

-Community Connect (Community Services Card) and SuperGold concessions will continue

Here’s how you can find Matariki in our morning skies.

The easiest way is by finding three bright stars in a row which are known as Tautoru, or Orion’s Belt. Follow those three stars in a straight line to the left, and you’ll be able to spot the Matariki star cluster. You’ll be able to spot these stars just after 6am before the sun rises in the east.

For all the History buffs out there, Join Leisure Time Travel on a 4 day guided tour of historic homes around Whanganui, we are joined by a local historian to look at many aspects of New Zealand history, including settlement, lifestyle, and design. We view private properties that are not open to the general public, hidden away in the beautiful New Zealand countryside where little has changed since their period of construction, between 1880–1915.
