Road Hazard: SH 2 Pokeno to Mangatawhiri
Crash
Due to a serious crash SH2 is closed between SH1 at Pokeno and Koheroa Rd, Mangatawhiri. Follow directions of emergency services and allow extra time for detour.

Detour route:
Southbound on SH1: Continue south to Mercer Interchange, left to Koheroa Rd, right to Mangatawhiri Rd, on to Rawiri Rd to return to SH2 eastbound. Eastbound on SH2: follow above detour in reverse via Mercer Interchange.
