Our 44ft boat is super stable, offering guests a comfortable ride and plenty of space to fish. There is a covered area out the back providing shade from sun or shelter from rain and a cabin area where you can sit and enjoy a cuppa. Our crew are highly qualified and have been fishing all their lives! Even on their days off, you'll often find them out fishing in the bay! The crew will bait hooks, re

move fish and at the end of the day, they'll fillet and bag your fish ready to take home with you. Jump on one of our shared trips with other keen fisho's or you can hire the entire boat for a private charter that we can tailor to suit your group. We are perfect for:
* Families - Our child policy is one child 4-11 years goes free when fishing together with an adult (one child per adult).
* Groups - Christmas parties, stag do's, friends and family groups ...you name it.
* Those with limited mobility - we have wheelchair access onto the boat so whether you're in a wheelchair, on crutches or just a little unsteady on your feet, we can still get you out for a fantastic day. Talk to us about how we can make it work for you.
* Solos - If you're by yourself, not a problem! Hop on one of our shared trips and join others for a fun day out.
* Fishing Clubs - We take a lot of fishing clubs out for the day as we can take up to 12 fishing at once. We're a friendly team who love getting visitors and locals alike out into our beautiful backyard for an epic day out catching snapper, kingfish, kahawai, John Dory and more.

** WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITY **
A couple of years ago Kerry and Jan Mair offered Trent an opportunity to gain some skills to get him on the path to a career in the marine industry and look at him now, a fully qualified Skipper living his best life. We’d like to offer someone else the same opportunity. We get school doesn’t suit everyone and there are lots of kids out there needing a bit of a helping hand to get going on a career path.

This is a work experience opportunity (ie. unpaid) for someone aged 15 years or over to come and work with our guys for a few days for a couple of weeks over summer, gain some skills, log some hours in your Training Book that will go towards a Qualified Deckhand Certificate or Skipper’s Restricted Limits and (all going well) come away with a work/character reference to get you on your way. We may also be able to offer paid work down the line for the right person.

So if you:
• Have a strong work ethic
• Are keen to learn, get ahead and can show initiative
• Show up, on time, every time (if you’re late, the boat will go without you, simple as that)
• Don’t mind early morning starts
• Can leave your phone behind for 7 hours
• Have a good sense of humour
• Enjoy working with the public
• Don’t mind getting your hands dirty
• Are quick on your feet and can follow instructions
• Don’t get seasick

Amazing day out chasing the kingis today. Unreal action including a hook up to a Pacific Bluefin Tuna that sadly got away after a 2.5 hour fight. That thing was a monster! Snapped at the hook tho so lives another day and home with a couple of nice kingis and some good stories to tell instead.
