🏖️ Relaxation in Hawaii

🌟 Matariki Weekend Adventure! 🌟

Brent and dughter Emma had a fabulous a mini-road trip heading out from Christchurch, south to Tekapo and Queenstown. They were blown away by the spectacular scenery that greeted them around every corner!

Brent on tour in Mexico 🌴🇲🇽

Today we were very privileged to visit the ruins of the ancient city of “Coba” 🏛️. These amazing Pyramids were built by the Mayans over 2000 years ago ⏳. We did a bicycle tour 🚴 through the jungle 🌿 to view the various archaeological sites with our guide.

One thing that Mexico is famous for is having over 6000 cenotes 💦 (Worldwide there are approximately 7000). A “Cenote” is a sinkhole / limestone cave with an underground spring 🌊. They were a water source for the Maya cities and represented the gateway to the world of the dead ⚰️. For us tourists they are a wonderful place to swim and cool off 🏊‍♂️.

We had an amazing day passing through many small towns / villages seeing how Mexico is outside of the resorts 🏘️.
