The house is cedar home built in the early 1990's and extended & refurbished in November 2010. The house is built on the former site of the Brill Mill, Aokautere. Private upper storey room with Queen size bed, self contained small kitchenette (microwave, Jug, toaster, hot & cold running water). Free view TV. Also adjacent to room a children's room with cot, suitable for rollaway etc. Private showe

r and toilet facilities. Also in main house two bedrooms one a double and the other two single beds. Shared bathroom facilities. Shared laundry. BBQ facilities available in Summer House -shared
Local Amenities:
Supermarket, chemist/post shop restaurants and Pub less than 5 minutes away at Summerhill shops. Local Attractions:
Visit the Wind Turbines. River & bush walks. Rugby Museum. Shopping etc. One hour to the beach, 3 hours to the mountains, skiing.

Something’s thrive in the heat☀️others die but with temperatures of aprox 28 we really are loving this Summer. Getting the wood in for the winter🔥having to keep ahead of the temperatures 😎
