After the excitement of the Olympics we can now shift our attention to our very own Emma Kemp who races on Friday in the K1 1000m at the World Sprint Championships.
Emma is away on an epic kayaking adventure as she competes at the Canoe Sprint World Championships in Uzbekistan and then travels to Croatia for the World Canoe Marathon Championships.
Its been a big winter of training for her has she takes on this mammoth task of competing at two world championships.
A huge thanks to her training partners Joern Scherzer and Glen Muirhead who have continued to train with her at different stages of the winter to support her through the hard months of the winter.
Check out all the information here for her racing https://www.canoeicf.com/canoe-sprint-world-championships/samarkand-2024
