We ride around the low tides to your level of ability. All year round. Best to book a day or two in advance. Great horses, and best place to ride anywhere.

Most public riding facilities will put you on a horse and take your money. We're not about that. We'll teach you how to ride our horses and put you through a brief tutorial to hone your skills, before heading out to the massive Sandy Bay Beach at Marahau, adjacent to the Abel Tasman National Park. Just met a lovely woman doing the chaplain’s rounds here in Nelson Hospital. Pam showed me that some people are truly doing God’s work, checking in on everybody and seeing how they’re doing. In ten minutes, she restored my faith in the faithful. She was a Methodist, same church as my mother, and made my day while waiting for my surgery. Thanks, Pam.
