Day 3: another big day at National Regatta.

Juniors were out kayaking this morning, cutter sailing this afternoon and seamanship quiz this evening.
Intermediates sailed sunbursts in the morning, kayaked in the afternoon and chilled out for the evening.
The seniors sailed cutters in the morning, sailed sunbursts in the afternoon and did practical seamanship in the evening.

Our scouts and venturers are doing one last fundraiser before heading to National Regatta in December 2024.
This fundraiser is selling 2L buckets of Cookie Time cookies. If you are interested please PM us with your order and contact details.

Hi folks, Aotea Sea Scouts run several events a year on the Onehunga Lagoon, including the annual canoe carnival and a zone raft race, and the lagoon is used by Auckland scout and guide groups for general activities as well. The canoe carnival is attended by sea scout groups from across the UNI region, and we are asking you for help. The lagoon is a great resource for safe training in boats and water safety skills but has over the years slowly been silting up. We want the lagoon to be dredged to restore its value as a recreational asset. Please can you help by signing this petition and sharing widely this request.

Thank you everyone who purchased flower bulbs from our latest fundraiser. We made $710 to go towards our National Regatta event held 28 December 2024 - 5 January 2025. They have just arrived and will be handed out shortly.
