Queenstown's only official and impartial i-SITE Visitor Information Centre. Member of the government approved nationwide network of over 90 centre's throughout New Zealand, offering free independent advice, itinerary planning, and bookings for activities, sightseeing, accommodation, transport and more. About the Role:
As a Travel Consultant at Queenstown isite, you'll have the unique opportunity to be the face of adventure in one of the world's most stunning destinations. Your role will involve helping travelers plan their dream vacations, booking accommodations, activities, and more, all while providing top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
✅Booking travel, accommodations, and activities for both locals and visitors, working closely with tourism operators.
✅Crafting personalized itineraries and travel documents for individual travelers and groups.
✅Collaborating with our team to ensure every customer receives top-notch, efficient, and accurate service.
✅Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge through regular training.
