6 bedrooms are super king size with their own bathrooms and wardrobes.
1 bedroom has 2 twin king beds. There are decks outside 5 bedrooms and all living areas for the fabulous views. There is a spa pool on the outside patio area with views of the lake and mountains. There is plenty of off street parking and 2 outside storage cupboards for ski gear etc.

The Winter Games NZ is here! Watch some of the world’s best athletes compete in winter sports from alpine skiing to snowboarding, and other disciplines from August 23-September 9.

We've seen lots of snowboards and skis coming through Queenstown Airport as the world's best snow sports athletes arrive for the 2024 Winter Games NZ. Competition begins tomorrow and continues until 9 September. Our very best wishes to all those taking part!

Tomorrow, Friday June 28th is Matariki, a special occasion in the New Zealand calendar which marks the start of the Māori New Year.

In Māori culture, Matariki is the Pleiades star cluster and a celebration of its first rising in late June or early July. The rising marks the beginning of the new year in the Māori lunar calendar.

It’s a time to spend with whānau and friends – to enjoy kai (food), waiata (song), tākaro (games) and haka.

Exciting news for stargazers! A new dark sky park has opened in the Gibbston Valley, just 20 minutes from Queenstown. Experience the breathtaking Southern Hemisphere skies like never before, free from light pollution.

Exciting news! We are pleased to announce our newest Dark Sky Park in Aotearoa/New Zealand! The Kawarau Gibbston Dark Sky Park comprises the 25 square kilometre regions of Gibbston Character Zone and the Gibbston Valley Resort Zone, located between Queenstown and Cromwell in the Queenstown-Lakes district of Otago. There are 280 residents in the park, and it is a world-renowned wine-producing region with numerous cellar doors and accommodation businesses.

Protected by the geography of gorges and high mountains, the Kawarau Gibbston Dark Sky Park enjoys a very dark sky where the awe-inspiring structure and richness of central regions of Milky Way galaxy, Magellanic Clouds and the Aurora Australis are readily seen or photographed. The new Dark Sky Park Status celebrates the quality of the region’s sky as a valuable complementary characteristic to the region’s already world-famous terroir.
