Welcome to the village! A new (kind of) cafe has opened from the fabulous team who run La Rumbla Slow Cuts and Soda. Kahwah serves great coffee, good food and all comes with a dose of friendly service on the side
Its kind of new as they used to have a cafe here before - and its great to have them back!

It’s arrived and it’s open! Ayrburn celebrated in style this weekend. Only 1.5kms from the cottage add this to your list of things to do when you’re in Arrowtown. And if you have kids, there are playgrounds and a delicious gelato shop to keep them very happy.

Come on down to the Opening Ceremony at noon on Buckingham Green where you can not only check out these amazing autumnal displays that Lee van der Geest Art & Workshops has created but also see a few performances from the Arrowtown Primary School’s Kapa Haka group, MulletMan and Mim and the Buckingham Belles (and mini Belles)!

New in Arrowtown! Royalburn station have opened a must visit Farm Shop in Nairn St. Stocking their farm produce and products from well known NZ producers this is a great addition for foodies.

Great ideas here for families visiting Arrowtown! I would also add feeding the animals at Remarkable Vets on Malaghans Road, walking up the Pipeline track and picking up fish and chips from Paulies

Not only does Arrowtown have a some of NZ’s best bars and restaurants, we also have a great music scene with lots of local talent playing this weekend. During the week you can usually find live music playing from Wednesday to Sunday nights somewhere in the village.
