COVID-19
Following the directive from the Govt to limit all non essential travel & gatherings we will cease to operate Sled Dog Tours for the foreseeable future.
We wish to keep our immediate family & community safe , we respect this outweighs economic impact.
Our physical shop will remain closed BUT we will be continuing to manufacture & courier all our usual items .
Our website will operate as normal with a discount on freight beginning tomorrow .
Or just call us if you wish to place an order .
Our preferred freight company has a no contact delivery option currently & we will not mark anything as signature required.

Back when I was racing, I thought hiking was stupid and pointless. Why would you hike when you can get their much faster? Fast forward a few years and it is now the main aspect of my training. Out in the elements with a heavy pack on my back and baby on the front is where I’m at my happiest.

Amazing afternoon spent with this man Murray Otway, Antarctic Dog handler. Pictured here with pups in Neville Peat's book Snow Dogs.
So many stories about clearly the best most rewarding time in his life.
We felt humbled to share an understanding of the joy of running freighting sled dogs. Not many get why we do what we do.
His lead dog was Clara, who my Canadian Clara is named after.
Thank you Murray.
