Important Update for Travel to the UK! 💂‍♂️

Starting 8 January 2025, New Zealand passport holders will need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to travel to the UK before you fly. You can apply from today.

✈️The ETA allows multiple visits to the UK for stays of up to 6 months at a time.
✈️It costs £10 and is valid for 2 years or until your passport expires.
✈️Kids and babies will need their own ETA.
✈️If you already have a visa or permission to live, work, or study in the UK, you won’t need an ETA.

Approval typically takes up to 3 working days. Reach out if you need more information.

You can ride on a sleigh pulled by reindeer through the powdery Finnish Lapland! How cool would that be???

Next stop.. Train journey with Rocky Mountaineer from Moab to the Rockies in Colorado. A first class experience. Fantastic scenery (spotted 5 bald eagles) and exceptional commentary.. Rocky also run journies in Canada.. ...Plus some exciting new ones coming on board very soon!!

Hitting 4 of the top 5 Utah parks on this trip. Bryce Canyon being one and stunning. Canyonlands as well.Also a couple natural bridges Hickman & Omachomo. Moki Dugway and gravel carved out switchback road was a highlight.

Park City Utah, not just an amazing ski resort but a beautiful place to visit off season. Fall colours, mid 20 temps, and a huge array of activities for all ages. Add this place to your bucket list. Thanks Park City Tourism for being a wonderful host.

Kyoto.. definitely my favourite place. A mix of old traditions, 2nd hand retro stores and beautiful gardens. Top tip choose your hotel location wisely 😎 I stayed in a tradition Royken in the old Gion area..

Neputa Festival, Aomori Prefecture. Large floats made from wire, covered in Hosogami paper then hand painted and light up inside. Beautiful workmanship. Some are over 6 stories high all pulled by hand along the streets.

Disneysea.. a cute resort. very different to the USA ones. Low key and not as commercial. (Top tip.. have your data on ready to go as you need to purchase additional tickets via the app just to see the shows plus entry to fantasy springs ) Casual eating food choices quite limited.

Tokyo.. a real mix of old and new!! Fabulous city.. easy to get around (Top tip.. plan you train lines and exits in advance.. 😅) a balmy 34 degrees.🥵

Back in Fiji on a short R&R mid winter break. Temperature fantastic not hot and sticky but still warm with refreshing water temp. To get your preferred Island or Resort you do need to book at least 9-12 months in advance. I'd recommend travelling in June,July or August
