In this seminar participants will have the opportunity to:
• Examine the meaning of grief
• Review the range of changes and losses experienced in life
• Reflect on the relationship between change, loss, grief and behavior
• Understand grief reactions and factors that influence them
• Identify different styles of grieving
• Explore strategies of empowerment, including the role of choice in the grief journey and the importance of networks of support.

We have an all day workshop session focused on drug and alcohol knowledge and intervention.

The training is engaging and highly focused providing information in a concise and structured manner.

- Workshop is facilitated by a qualified and experienced clinical practitioner
- Understanding on how to recognise problematic signs and their risks
- How to respond rather than isolate
- The type of drugs that are out in the community

An incredible opportunity exists for just 25ppl each day who are working with Youth/ Rangatahi to add a whole new dimension to their role and practice.

We are taking registrations now for the workshop commencing in May. Information on all our FREE workshops as well as our other services can be found on the Wera Aotearoa Charitable Trust Website.
