“Such a unique experience. I was a bit nervous to go out in the lake on a kayak at night but it was surprisingly relaxing and felt safe. The glow worms were so magical and it felt surreal. Loved it so much. Jacob was an amazing guide, full of information and personality. Dress for weather but they do have lots of wet weather options. Would highly recommend.”

“This was a fantastic way to see the lake and geysers. The whole scenery is wild, with steam constantly coming off the cliffs and the geyser going off every eight minutes or so. The kayaking itself was relatively easy and perfect for beginners. Our guide, Zita, was very knowledgeable and experienced. She showed us to the best viewing spots, took photos of us kayaking, and did a detour at a hot water beach which was pretty cool. Would thoroughly recommend!”

“An amazing night out on the lake. Water was super calm and glow worms were so bright! Also got to see the milkyway as we paddled back to shore. Absolutely magical. I would never be able to do this on my own so it was an entirely unique experience! Thank you so much to the instructors. Would have stayed there all night if I could lol”

“Magical, just magical! Our van driver and guides, Tom and Jacob, were fun, friendly and full of interesting info. We got to the lake as the sun was setting and the lake took on a dreamy appearance. The kitted us out, gave us instructions and we paddled off to find glow worms. We paddled though tunnels with glow worms, and then into a few caves with more glow worms and we went in to one cave and were able to remain there quietly taking in the beauty of the glow all around the cave....it was like peering up at the stars. I could have stayed all night in that peaceful, magical place. Forget the big tours on the other side of the island, we loved our unique little trip to the glow worms here. A ‘must see”!”
