Beach house accomodation, situated at the top of Paku Hill, Coromandel, Aotearoa. We love sunny sizz Cleaning is available by request for a flat fee of $60.

16 Jan - 28 Feb $200 per night

SHOULDER SEASON
1 Mar - 30 Apr $170 per night
1 Nov - 12 Dec $170 per night

OFF PEAK SEASON
1 May - 31 Oct $140 per night

PEAK RATE
24 Dec - 15 Jan $250 per night

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Public holidays $200 per night

Linen is available by request for a flat fee of $60. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to b

ring your own linen. Or, once again you can complete the cleaning yourself. The house (sleeps 6)

Lounge: 1 x inner sprung fold out bed - it honeslty really is comfy! Bathroom: toilet, vanity, a really good shower, no bath
Smoking: No thank you
Pets: By enquiry
Minimum Stay: 1 night

The studio (sleeps 4)
This is available for an additional flat fee of $100 per night or $200 for public holidays
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (ocean views)
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (ocean views)
Second bathroom: toilet, vanity, shower

The studio isn’t self-contained (there is no kitchen or lounge), but provides the option of additional beds and an additional bathroom if you so choose. It is located immediately next to the house, but does not have internal access from the house. It is not rented separate to the house, therefore there will only ever be one booking staying at the property at one time. It is a brand new renovation in 2011, so modern, stylish and super cosy. Winter is a great time to book a weekend away, to watch the ocean from the warmth of the lounge and eat yummy food! Plus we have a new separate office available, if someone needed to work away, while the kids made noise and had fun in the house. 🙌
