New visa conditions will now allow visitors to work remotely for an overseas employer or client!

The change applies to applications received from 27 January 2025 for all visitors, including tourists and people visiting family, and partners and guardians on longer-term visitor visas.

These new conditions mean that tourists can stay in New Zealand as a digital nomad and keep in touch with work back home, without breaching their visa conditions.

Both visitor visa recipients and people who enter with an NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority) will receive these conditions.

Visitor visa holders must not:

* work for a New Zealand employer
* provide goods or services to people or businesses in New Zealand
* do work that requires them to be physically present at a
workplace in New Zealand.

People who are intending to work remotely from New Zealand for more than 92 days in a 12-month period should ensure they are aware of any tax implications.

The Government announced today that Visitor visa rules are changing to open New Zealand up to digital nomads and allow tourists to work for overseas employers while visiting.

So many things to be thankful to the Lord at the start of the Year 2025!

It our joy to be a part of the journey of our clients, not just in their visa applications but most especially in realizing their dreams to live together as family.

β€’ Sheryl's sons, like their mother, are now New Zealand Residents .
β€’ Boyet and Gary are enjoying their lives as NZ residents with their
respective families;
β€’ Rey who is now a Permanent NZ Resident is serving God with his
wife.
β€’ Reynald has finally come to New Zealand to be with his family.

Praise God for these fulfilled dreams!

Congratulations to Aileen for her approved Resident Visa application!

The waiting is over! Her case was extremely difficult which doubt and unwavering faith cannot be eliminated. The tedious process was exhausting and draining.

Chatham Islands, New Zealand: first to see the sun

New Zealand has a lot of its "first" in the world. Among these is where the sun is first seen in the world, which takes place at the Chatham Islands.

These are an archipelago in the Pacific Ocean about 800 km east of New Zealand's South Island, blessed with an abundance of endemic flora and fauna species.

A recently approved work visa under partnership!

Are you in New Zealand and wish to have your family with you? If you are on a temporary visa, not all types will allow this but we can always do an assessment first. If you do not quite meet the criteria under partnership yet, we will check ways for you to possibly meet it.

Have a wonderful rest of your day!😊

Another family reunited πŸ₯°

Victor came to New Zealand as a worker. We assisted him in his work visa which came with some hurdles in the past, and also his move from one employer to another. His is a beautiful story of perseverance, sacrifice and faith. Definitely a testimony worth sharing.

We eventually worked with him on his journey towards residence and he finally attained it. His hard work, cooperation and the trust he gave us are major factors in his success.

Now his wife and daughter have joined him to reside in the wonderful city of Christchurch. More bike trails to explore ! πŸ˜ƒWe wish you all the best Victor and family. May more blessings come your way. 😊

Hello everyone! Hope you all are having a fantastic weekend. It is a long weekend in New Zealand also as it is Labour day on Monday πŸ˜ƒ

Just posting today on the importance of consultation. Each client will always have their own unique case. No two cases are ever the same. And understanding your situation always requires us to do an assessment. This means we will talk to you first which is basically the Consultation stage. In that way, we can tailor our advice to your particular circumstance. And if we deem you have a good chance for success for the visa you are after, the steps moving forward will be tailored to your particular case as well.

We receive numerous direct/private messages making all sorts of queries. Unfortunately, we cannot address all queries unless a set time for consultation is agreed with you. If interested, please book a consultation with us. Kindly note that a fee may apply.

Also, it may not mean that you are coming to New Zealand right now. It may just be a plan at this stage. The benefit with having a private consult is that you will have a view of your chances and also understand if the visa you are thinking of getting is the right one for you. The consultation may actually help you to plan and prepare to make you have a good chance of success when you apply for a visa.

Below is a screenshot of a feedback from one of our clients after a consultation.

Again, have a fantastic weekend! God bless and stay safe !

Daylight savings time kicks in!

Daylight savings means clocks go forward by one hour. Check you clock so you wont be late!🀣

The event is important to Fire and Emergency New Zealand, who use it as a reminder for Kiwis to check their smoke alarms while they're changing clocks.
