Our unique Southern Explorer, South Island tour allows us to access some of New Zealand’s most stunning high country stations, along with a Catlins cliff top farm and to enjoy the local hospitality in the farmers homes.

You’ll stay in picturesque camp sites and farms at both powered and non powered sites. This journey will allow you to discover the less travelled areas of the South Island such as the amazing Catlins Coast, an area that many kiwis have yet to discover. Taste the local specialty of Whitebait on the West Coast and see the Southern Alps and our tallest mountain Aoraki/Mt Cook from both sides.

🚐 Our campervans have it all! 🚐

The 3 berth nomad is our campervan of choice - it is smaller and easier to manoeuvre on the narrower windy roads that are sometimes encountered.

Our motorhomes are certified, modern & fully self-contained along with a solar panel for longer freedom camping time. There is 24 hour AA roadside assistance, free GPS and outdoor dining gear, plus fully inclusive of only $250 excess insurance and road miles.

🚐 OUR LATEST TOUR - ROVING TOP OF THE SOUTH 🚐 The spectacular Top of the South Island awaits! Starting and ending in Christchurch, along with many scenic highlights, your 15 day adventure will showcase some of the history of New Zealand, whether it be the Omaka Aviation museum, gold mining on the West Coast or Captain Cook's stopover in the Marlborough Sounds, there is something for everybody. Exploring the rugged Punakaiki Rocks, meeting inspiring locals, and visiting the majestic Queen Charlotte Sound, you will view some of the best landscapes in New Zealand. You will also hear personal stories from a number of locals, artists and sculptors, sharing their experiences of their passions. With classic kiwi BBQs (as well as restaurant dinners), as well as happy hour many evenings, you get the opportunity to unwind at the end of each day with new found friends, and share stories about your adventures.
