Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to look me up and see what I am all about! Becoming a celebrant is one of the most exciting things I have done in years. I am realising a dream, one in which I have the privilege to work alongside people as they experience milestones and important occasions in their life seasons. My aim is to create and professionally deliver a ceremony personal to you, g

iving you a lasting memory to treasure for many years to come. I am so lucky to live in such a beautiful environment which provides endless inspiration to write your stories. I have studied at the New Zealand Celebrant School and I am a member of Celebrant Association of New Zealand (CANZ). Do I have the humour, open mindedness, understanding, warmth, respect and commitment that you are looking for? I love my small intimate weddings ❤️

In the past if you heard the term elopement it might conjure up images of a hasty courthouse wedding, or an unplanned trip to Vegas with the obligatory “Elvis” overseeing the ceremony!

These days, however, elopements are far more intimate, personal and stylish. And it’s not uncommon for couples to intentionally plan an elopement.

While weddings typically focus on the event, entertaining guests, and incorporating traditional elements, elopements are purposely small, intimate, and focused solely on the couple getting married.

GRIEF: A little word that packs a big punch.

Grief is a natural response to loss; it’s the emotional suffering we feel when something or someone we love is taken away.

Often the pain of loss can be overwhelming, causing us to feel a range of unexpected emotions. From shock or anger and disbelief, to feelings of guilt and profound sadness. Grief impacts our physical lives too, sometimes affecting how we eat or sleep.

These emotions are perfectly normal, they’re our natural reactions to loss and it makes sense that the more significant the loss, the deeper the grief. Coping with the loss of someone you love is one of life’s toughest challenges.
