Join Our Dumplings Workshop!

Love dumplings? Want to learn how to make them from scratch? Come and join our fun, hands-on Dumplings Workshop!

In this workshop, you will:
• Learn how to make traditional dumpling dough and fillings
• Practice folding techniques (from beginner to fancy styles!)
• Cook and enjoy your handmade dumplings with others
• Take home your own dumplings and a recipe sheet

All ages welcome — bring your family and friends! No experience needed.

Happy Chinese New Year!

On Saturday, we were invited to a beautiful retirement village to host an event. As it coincided with Chinese New Year, the retirement village aimed to create a festive atmosphere for its elderly residents. During the event, we shared the origins and stories behind dumplings and performed a Tai Chi fan routine. Afterward, we patiently guided the residents in making dumplings by hand. Everyone actively participated and enjoyed the process, filling the room with laughter and warmth. This event not only allowed the elderly to experience traditional New Year customs but also brought them a deep sense of joy and connection.
